We offer approximately 2800 MT per annum of the most comprehensive range of knitted fabrics in 100% cotton. The main fabric types include Piece Dyed, Yarn Dyed and mercerized/non mercerized in tubular and open width form.

The knitted range constitutes of fabrics for a variety of end uses like:

The fabrics are customized to provide efficient solutions to the customer needs right from the selection of appropriate yarn size, machine guage to get right fabric weight. All the fabric parameters up to the final finish are maintained keeping the customer targeted price in mind.

Counts & Cotton type

As per the requirements we offer selection of cottons from all relevant cottons available in the world and some of the most common offerings are American Pima, Egyptian Giza, SJV, Indian MCU5, Indian DCH.

We are certified by SKAL, Netherlands to process “Organic Cotton” fabrics in our process house.”

The yarns are manufactured in ring spinning technology with semi combed, combed or super combed processes.

The counts of these yarns range from the coarse counts of 16’s, 20's, 24s, 30's to the fine and superfine counts of 40's, 50's and 60's in singles. We also use 2/40s, 2/50s and 2/60s in doubled Yarns.

Structure & Patterns

We can offer several structures like Single Jersey, Interlock and Rib, Pique and other derivative structures like Crepe, Cellular Blister, Cross Diagonal, Herringbone, Jersey Cord, Waffle, Needle-Outs etc

We also offer Lycra Rib & Flat Bed accessories – collars, cuffs, plackets can be offered in Plain, small structures & tipped forms.

Designs

We can offer designs with yarn dyed patterns like Feeder Stripes, Auto Stripes including Engineered Placement Stripes in Single Jersey, Pique, Structures and Mini Jacquard derivatives.

Finishes

We offer chemical finishes like cotton soft, bio wash, active fresh, anti microbial, moisture management, stain repellant and stain release.

Product development / Sampling

Product development is our forte and sampling is our strength. Piece Dyed Sample/ Yarn Dyed Strike Offs in running shades are submitted in a week”s time. Actual piece dyed /Yarn dyed sampling are submitted in two weeks. Lab dips/ Yarn Dips are submitted in 7-10 days.

Performance Standards

All our shirting fabrics consistently meet customers’ specified norms for residual shrinkage, color fastness, spirallity, etc.

All fabrics meet Oekotex standards as well. We also offer organic cotton product duly certified by SKAL.
