end uses to our customers. However the customers can provide ideas, samples or
a brief to get any new product developed. All care is taken during product
offering to check the product quality with respect to the customer specified
norms for most important product performance parameters.
Each product becomes unique by the selection of variants like:
Cotton type:
We offer all core products with the standard available cottons
in order to maintain consistency of the product. However we can adapt any
product as per customer needs and change cotton type accordingly.
For finer shirting we offer cottons like American Pima or
Egyptian Giza where contamination levels can be controlled. All other Indian
cottons are also offered.
Tencel, modal or any other new fiber is being offered as per
customer demands.
Yarn counts:
Yarn counts as well as the yarn type within a specified weight
range are decided with respect to the end use, the season and the price points.
The Yarn types generally offered are ring-spun carded, ring-spun combed
ring-spun compact or open end yarn types with or without slubs, with or without
stretch yarns.
The counts of these yarns range from the coarse counts of 6's, 7's, 8's, 10's,
12's, 16's 20's,30's to the fine and superfine counts of 40's, 50's in singles
and from 2/20's, 2/30's, 2/40's, 2/50's 2/60's as well as three ply in 3/80's
and 3/100's.
Weave & constructions
Weave and Constructions are applied to each fabric depending on
the end uses, the weight required and the look envisaged.
The weaves can be varied from the basic Plains/poplin, twills,
Matts, Oxfords, Satins to herringbones or structured dobby weaves.
Fabric construction is based on Ends and Picks per inch/cm this
is determined as per the weight requirements the counts and weaves selected.
Very open to the most compacted and dense constructions are offered to meet the
continuously evolving demands for newer fabric constructions. This assumes
importance on account of light to heavy and a variety of garment treatments
being done to differentiate the products.
Piece dyed colours:
Season to season, brand to brand, country to country colour /
shade becomes one important parameter to differentiate and stand out. There are
core and regular season-less colours in the range as well as the library keeps
getting added with seasonal and new fashion colours based on the changing
trends. We provide options from Vat piece dyeds, Reactive piece dyeds, pigment
dyed and overprinted and yarn-dyed-over-dyed options to select from. Colour
gets developed now through the fabric cutting, the standard pantone number or
even the E-lab dip process. While developing colours, care is taken to evaluate
the recipe to verify that it meets all the specified standards.
Finishes:
Mechanical and chemical finishes primarily imparted to achieve
the desired handle and look of the fabric are offered as:
Hand-feel enhancement finishes: cotton soft, euro soft,
micro-sanded, brushed, micro bounce
Functional finishes: active fresh, anti microbial, quick wick, nano care, nano
pel, nano care square, Teflon, fire retardant. With the state of art cyclone
air drying technology we specialize in providing highly consistent results in
the special functional finishes.
Sampling:
Lab-dips including E - lab-dipping is available to cut down on
the development lead times.
The mill keeps all core and collection fabrics ready for lab-dip dyeing ready.
All lab dips are supplied to customers for approval after due recipe
evaluations.

The last decade textiles have scaled new levels in the demand
for lower minimums, quick deliveries and consistent quality. We offer
Just-In-time fabrics, where the customer is most powerful, as he decides the
quantity and the lead time. With the help of demand and trend forecast a
comprehensive range of products in predefined colours are available as

expertise to predict the market trend and offer consistent products every
season. This range is not only competitively prices but can be used for
efficient garment makers to send out garments from conceptualization to shelf
